Wanted - 'King' Julien

Fifth in the 'Wanted' series, it's King Julien. Except he's not a king - everybody says so. Pretending to be royalty and using that pretense to gain power is an offense. Of course he's obviously not a marine nor is he pretending to be, so I crossed that part out.

Also, he's a public nuisance to everybody in the Zoo, with his late-night parties. And a general danger to everybody around him. No wonder the authorities want him.

Incidentally, 'Mankiewicz' is canonical - Private calls Julien 'Mr Mankiewicz' during Madagascar 2.
